Marketing Artist

Armada Interactive is hell-bent on bringing visually stunning AAA gaming experiences to mobile, and we are building a AAA team to realize that goal. We are gearing up to release our first title during 2017, and to help execute that ginormous operation we are looking for a Marketing Artist who will help us to communicate our message visually.
The person we’re looking for will feel as comfortable dabbling in the dark arts of user acquisition as they are crafting a strong brand identity for our games, and will be up for the challenge of creating quality video and static content for our social channels. You’ll be comfortable working alongside teams both internally and externally to produce AAA quality art worthy of our products. You’ll get to show off your understanding of the pipelines and processes of game development & marketing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in gaming and tech, will follow current trends in marketing & communication and be keen to translate ideas and concepts into effective campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and producing visually stunning marketing assets
- Developing and crafting a strong brand identity for Armada Interactive games and products
- Create visually engaging and shareable content for social media and other marketing channels
- Produce user acquisition banners and videos to specification
- Work alongside marketing and development teams to create a content pipeline
Key Qualifications
- Adobe creative suite – Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere / After Effects etc
- Experience working with Unity3D for game capture / screenshots
- Experience in Maya or other 3D suites a huge advantage but not required
- Ability to develop branding and visual identity
- Strong layout & graphic design expertise
- Understanding of best practices in game marketing
- Broad generalist (“T shaped”) mentality – we are a startup after all
- Fluent in English and comfortable speaking it in a work environment
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Helsinki, Finland.
